5 Tips and Strategies for Grocery Shopping

Have you ever gone to grocery store with out a plan? Or even worse, gone to the grocery story hungry?  I used to think it was ok to just “Wing it” when I went grocery shopping. I would tell myself, “I know what to eat, or what to get”.  Then after about 10 minutes of walking into the grocery store I would start throwing things in my cart that I didn’t need.   Walking into a grocery store without a plan, is like trying to winning a game by just “winging it”.  You will LOSE that battle.
